Cool concept! It gives off the Starbucks Reserve vibes but without the seating experience. Food (4.5/5): - I love the concept. You choose a tea and they brew it fresh to order. They also have an assortment of loose leaves displayed at the back. I went with something basic/familiar, but next time I'll want to try the others. - Tea was very rich and strong, not watery like the majority of milk teas out there. The rich/strongness is what I'm always looking for, and I found it! - If I recall, boba seemed a little bland and too soft, but that didn't bother me as I got to focus on the richness of the tea. Service (4/5): - Standard service. They didn't wipe down my drink after serving, so I had to wipe it down myself, but it doesn't matter much. Ambience (2/5): - So I know it has cool vibes since it's like a Starbucks Reserve, but there's no dine-in seating. It's more like a order-and-go kind of experience. There's maybe a single table outside the store. - I visited when it was 100 degrees+ outside, and there was no climate control inside. I felt really bad for the staff as they were working really hard. Hopefully they could fix that soon? If you're particular about tea strength (like me), this is the place to go. Hopefully they open a location in Gardena or in South Bay so I could visit more often!

so many times you'll order something from most any quick service tea shop, and they'll just grab and pour in a giant plastic container of batch-made tea, to be dispensed out of a large tin and a plastic spout; but not here: ordered the #1 most popular drink on their countertop placard -- roasted oolong evaporated milk, regular ice, regular sugar, no topping, no boba -- and the taste of a single cup brew could not be more different, or more delicious it's a to-go only space, so unfortunately there isn't a whole lot of room for you to just sit and hang out, but i would think this concept would work just as well as (if not better than) starbucks with seating + some light snacks thank you for the wonderful tea! we will be back

First time coming here since we were in the area and just stumbled on this place when walking around. Its a nice looking place with nice decorations and very nice workers. We came here a little after 3pm on Sunday afternoon and it wasnt crowded and my order came out quick (only waited for my order in about 5 or so minutes). I ordered the evaporated milk roasted oolong tea with yam taro boba and added the classic boba which was a great combo. The drink itself was really good and 75% sugar level was perfect and the flavor was delicious. I definitely recommend trying this place if you're in the area!
